Clients - Information you should know...
Your business is your business. I will not make use of any client information to promote my business or services as that is private. Everything that I do - we do - is kept in the strictest of confidence. There is no sharing, marketing, promotion or unsolicited advertisement.
For many years I have operated on "word of mouth" - which implies "trust". I do not want to misconstrue or misplace trust in any sense. Any "recording" of information is left in your possession, and any data that is required to retain is also left in your possession - unless otherwise specified (according to non-disclosure, contract of confidentiality and service level agreement).
Forensic data - to be used in legal or government situations - is securely wiped from any data retention devices or servers; data is given over to the client for care and disbursement.
